Privacy and data

Understand the data needed for the service and control optional features.

Updated: 2026-10-04

Scope

This notice covers Bigger public search, Home, preferences, downloads and support forms on this installation. Accounts, Mail, Business and Ads need additional data for their respective services. Clearing Home preferences does not delete these records. External websites and the Nexsoon Social and Office services have their own notices.

Controller and contacts

The operator has not published this information yet. Request collection remains paused until the details are complete.

Data and purposes

Submitted search terms, result type and compatible language or market parameters are used to retrieve and rank results. Requests disclose technical connection information to the servers, including IP and browser information. Security logs and anti-abuse controls are separate from Home history.

Saved sites, language, country, theme and search provider are stored in this browser when requested. The web Home does not read the complete device browsing history. The native Home can use its own local history and pinned sites, according to the browser settings.

Support forms collect email, category, optional URL and description. Do not submit passwords, card numbers, identity documents or unnecessary information about others. Identity is checked when needed before account information is disclosed or changed.

Ads delivery, contextual clicks, security and billing are separate from optional Home services. Bigger receives order references and verified payment states through NexsoonPay APIs, not card or bank credentials.

External services and choices

Submitted searches may use configured providers such as Brave, Tavily, Jina and OpenRouter. The terms and content needed for that operation are shared, not your mailbox, passwords or saved-site list. Choosing a different search engine opens that engine’s service.

External typing suggestions, external Home news and news thumbnails are off until chosen. You can refuse or revoke them in preferences. Revocation stops new requests; it cannot recall requests already sent. The thumbnail option controls Home news, not images explicitly requested through search.

Location is optional; device language region is not GPS. Detection asks for confirmation and device permission. Web dictation starts after consent and uses the browser’s service, which may process audio externally. Native dictation uses the configured local runtime.

Basis, recipients and transfers

Operations needed to provide a requested service are distinct from optional processing based on your choice. Security, abuse prevention and legal duties require the appropriate applicable basis. Home choices do not enable advertising profiling. The operator must identify actual providers, processing countries and safeguards below.

Retention and deletion

Optional-service choices, including refusals, are remembered for 180 days. Saved sites, language, theme and provider remain until removed. Bigger does not store web Home microphone recordings on its server; the browser speech service has its own processing terms.

Support requests remain while being handled. The maintenance job removes requests closed for over 90 days; an administrator may remove them earlier. Clearing Home data does not erase accounting, security or account records. The operator’s actual retention criteria follow.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection where applicable and portability in the circumstances provided by law. The controller must assess the request, verify identity when needed and explain any applicable limitations within the legal response periods.

Use the privacy request form or the controller’s contacts. Local Home data can be exported or deleted from preferences. You can complain to the competent supervisory authority, including the Italian Garante where applicable.

Frequent sites and returning Home

Frequent sites on the web Home: when enabled, domains opened through Bigger results, news, Home shortcuts or addresses entered in the Bigger bar are counted on this device. Page paths, search strings and visited page titles are not stored: at most 100 domains, a counter and the last opening time, excluded after 90 days without use. Disable the feature, remove a domain or clear Home data in preferences. Safari, Chrome and other browsers’ history is not read, and these counters are not sent to the server.
